Mississippi Valley DX/Contest Club

Welcome to MVDX/CC

The Mississippi Valley DX and Contest Club (MVDX/CC) was formed in 1976 to serve the DX'ing and contesting community in the greater St. Louis area, including St. Louis City and St. Louis County and the surrounding counties in both Missouri and Illinois. Since its formation MVDXCC has grown from a small group of 16 hams to over 70 members, with an affiliate chapter located in Southwestern Missouri, MVDX/CC SW MO.

The Club's goals are to promote the working of DX and contests, provide financial assistance to deserving DX'pedition, to provide assistance to Amateurs interested in learning more about DX'ing and contesting, and to have fun.

The Club assesses annual dues of $20.00 which includes a subscription to the newsletter for Full (voting) members and $10.00 annually for Associate members who may wish to support the club but do not live in the geographic area served by the club.

You can find MVDXCC members on the local DX simplex tip off frequency of 147.600 Mhz.
